Sponsorship packages are as follows:-

CORE SPONSOR

This package will be restricted to a maximum of two sponsors. The cost is 2500 Pounds and includes,

A web page on the web site, with links to your own site.

Mention on opening slides and banners at the event with logo (artwork to be provided).

• Information included in all delegate packs (sponsor to provide). 
• A single page advert in the published Proceedings. 
• A space up to 6m x 4m for exhibition (sponsor to provide own stand, but chairs and tables available). 
• Two delegates may attend the conference and Gala Dinner. 

PRINCIPAL SPONSOR

This package, is available at a cost of 1500 Pounds, it includes,

• An entry on the web site, with links to your own site. 
• information included in all delegate packs (sponsor to provide). 
• Listing as a sponsor in the Published Proceedings. 
• A space up to 3m x 2m for exhibition (sponsor to provide own stand, but chairs and tables available). 
• Two delegates may attend the conference and Gala Dinner. 

EXHIBITOR

This, lower cost, package is available at a cost of 750 Pounds and includes

• An entry on the web site, 
• A space up to 3m x 2m for exhibition (sponsor to provide own stand, but chairs and tables available). 
• One delegate may attend the conference and Gala Dinner.

ADVERTISER

Available to companies who would like to take advertising space in the Proceedings and to have literature in delegate packs.  The cost of this option is 300 Pounds.  This gives a full page advertisment in the Proceedings - Artwork to be provided.
